At MedicineOnline.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with every order. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired, we are here to make it right. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team at admin@medicineonline.pk or calling +92-321-122776 with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Please note that due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, we are unable to accept returns on medicines, supplements, or personal care items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed packaging. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers. Prescription medicines, once dispensed and delivered, cannot be returned under any circumstances unless there is a verified error on our part.

For eligible returns, once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
