Shipping policy

Coverage: We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and select rural areas.

Delivery time: Typically 1–2 business days within major cities and 3–5 business days for other areas.

Shipping charges: Free delivery on orders above Rs. 15000/-, otherwise Rs. 450/- Flat Rate.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in most areas; online payment options are also accepted and considered priority/urgent delivery.

Order tracking: You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp/email update once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details if applicable.

Temperature-sensitive items: Certain medicines requiring cold storage are packed with insulated/cold-chain packaging where needed.

Delays: Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or incomplete address details — we'll keep you informed if this happens.
