Our story

Medicine Online is a project of Abbasi Sons Industries, a group of companies that has served Pakistan since 1989. For more than three decades the group has run industrial equipment, industrial gases and contracting businesses, earning a reputation for reliability, technical discipline and honest dealing.

In 2023, under the leadership of the group's directors, we stepped into e-commerce and digital services with one clear goal: to make it easier for patients across Pakistan to get the medicines they need, especially those that are hard to find at ordinary retail pharmacies. Medicine Online was born from that goal, and it is run with the same goodwill and sense of responsibility that has guided our family business for over 35 years.

Specialised care for cancer patients

Patients undergoing cancer treatment cannot afford delays or doubts about the quality of their medicines. We give cancer patients and their families priority: we help source specialised oncology medicines, handle them carefully, and keep families informed at every step until the order reaches their door.

What makes us different

  • Fast inter-city delivery. Orders paid by direct bank transfer are processed as priority orders, so we can deliver quickly between cities, for example from Hyderabad to Islamabad in one to two days.
  • Temperature-controlled, protective handling. Our deliveries are packed and shipped in controlled conditions for temperature and physical protection, so medicines reach you within their storage standards. Cold-chain items are shipped in insulated packaging.
  • Hard-to-find medicines. We specialise in sourcing medicines that are not easily available at local retail stores.
  • Supplies for pharmacies and hospitals. We accept bulk orders from pharmacies and hospitals, and where possible we can arrange supplies for orders from across the border.
  • Genuine stock only. We source only from licensed manufacturers and authorised distributors in Pakistan, in line with Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) requirements.

Product information on this website is reviewed by Dr. Farhan Rashid Abbasi. Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered doctor.
