Storage

Keep the jar closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate it. Natural honey can thicken or crystallise in cool weather; this is normal and is not a sign of adulteration. To soften it, stand the closed jar in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. Do not microwave the plastic jar, and always use a clean, dry spoon.
