Orders may be delayed or cancelled if the prescription cannot be verified. Submitting a fake or altered prescription is a criminal offense under Pakistani law and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Product information: We display product details, images, and prices as accurately as possible, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and to cancel affected orders, with a full refund.

Payments: We accept Cash on Delivery and [online payment methods, e.g., debit/credit card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Direct  Bank Transfers]. All prices are listed in PKR and include/exclude applicable taxes as noted at checkout.

Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return request.
