Antibiotics & Anti-Infective Medicines

Antibiotics treat infections caused by bacteria. They do not work against viral infections such as the common cold or flu, and using them unnecessarily adds to antibiotic resistance.

This collection includes oral antibiotics (such as penicillins, cephalosporins, macrolides and quinolones), paediatric suspensions, injections and topical antibacterial creams and ointments available at Medicine Online. Antibiotics should only be taken on a doctor's prescription, and the full course should be completed even if you start to feel better.

All medicines are sourced from licensed manufacturers and authorised distributors in Pakistan. Prescription-only medicines are dispensed against a valid prescription from a registered doctor, which you can upload at checkout or send on WhatsApp (+92 317 805 3244). Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in major cities and 3–5 business days elsewhere, with Cash on Delivery in Sindh and bank transfer or card payment for the rest of Pakistan.
