xUse a new condom for each act of sex. Tear open the package carefully. Do not use fingernails, teeth, or anything that can damage the condom. Before any sexual contact, place the condom on the head of the erect penis with the rolled side out. Unroll or pull the condom to the base of the erect penis. If the condom doesn’t unroll easily, it may be backward, damaged, or too old. Throw it away and start over with a new condom. Immediately after ejaculation, hold the rim of the condom in place and withdraw the penis while it is still erect. Dispose of a used condom by wrapping it in tissue and throwing it into the trash. Wash your hands with soap and water.

- We deliver across Pakistan: usually 1–2 business days to major cities and 3–5 business days elsewhere.
- Free delivery on orders above Rs 15,000; a flat Rs 450 delivery charge applies to smaller orders.
- Cash on Delivery is available in Sindh. Elsewhere in Pakistan, pay by bank transfer or card.
- Insulin, vaccines and other cold-chain medicines are shipped in insulated packaging with cool packs.
Returns and refunds
- If an item arrives damaged, expired, defective, wrong or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the item and packaging.
- For your safety, opened medicines, dispensed prescription medicines and change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.
