Description
xPanadol Extra Tablets combine paracetamol with caffeine for enhanced relief from headaches, tension headaches, migraine, muscular aches, period pain and toothache. The added caffeine is included to help the paracetamol work more effectively against pain.
Adults and children over 12 years may take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products. Read the pack leaflet before use and consult your doctor or pharmacist if pain persists for more than 3 days or fever for more than 3 days.

- We deliver across Pakistan: usually 1–2 business days to major cities and 3–5 business days elsewhere.
- Free delivery on orders above Rs 15,000; a flat Rs 450 delivery charge applies to smaller orders.
- Cash on Delivery is available in Sindh. Elsewhere in Pakistan, pay by bank transfer or card.
- Insulin, vaccines and other cold-chain medicines are shipped in insulated packaging with cool packs.
Returns and refunds
- If an item arrives damaged, expired, defective, wrong or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the item and packaging.
- For your safety, opened medicines, dispensed prescription medicines and change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.
