Anti-flatulent helps and disperses trapped air. Gently relieves infant colic and griping pain. Suitable for neonates and infants. Dosage: The normal dose for neonate’s day one to 2 months: 2 to 4 drops four times a day. 2 to 6 months: 5 to 10 drops four times a day . 7 to 12 months: 10 to 15 drops four times a day. which should be given before each feed.

- We deliver across Pakistan: usually 1–2 business days to major cities and 3–5 business days elsewhere.
- Free delivery on orders above Rs 15,000; a flat Rs 450 delivery charge applies to smaller orders.
- Cash on Delivery is available in Sindh. Elsewhere in Pakistan, pay by bank transfer or card.
- Insulin, vaccines and other cold-chain medicines are shipped in insulated packaging with cool packs.
Returns and refunds
- If an item arrives damaged, expired, defective, wrong or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the item and packaging.
- For your safety, opened medicines, dispensed prescription medicines and change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.
