xWhat Is Acemed Tablets?
Acemed is a pain-relief and anti-inflammatory tablet from OBS-AGP, containing 100mg of Aceclofenac per tablet (1 Box = 2 Strips, 1 Strip = 10 Tablets). It belongs to a class of medicines called NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), commonly prescribed for joint and muscle pain in Pakistan.
Uses
- Osteoarthritis (joint pain and stiffness from cartilage wear, most common after age 50)
- Rheumatoid arthritis (autoimmune joint inflammation)
- Ankylosing spondylitis (inflammatory arthritis of the spine)
How It Works
Aceclofenac blocks the production of prostaglandins, the hormone-like substances responsible for pain, swelling, and inflammation in the body.
Dosage
The typical adult dose is 200mg a day — one 100mg tablet in the morning and one in the evening. This is a prescription medicine; always follow your doctor's exact dosing instructions rather than self-adjusting, and it is not recommended for children.
Common Side Effects
Dizziness, nausea, diarrhoea, and mild increases in liver enzymes are the most commonly reported side effects. Aceclofenac should be avoided by anyone allergic to aspirin or other NSAIDs, and used with caution in patients with a history of stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, or kidney impairment.

Returns and refunds
- If an item arrives damaged, expired, defective, wrong or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the item and packaging.
- For your safety, opened medicines, dispensed prescription medicines and change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.
