xWhat Is Acenac Tablets?
Acenac Tablets 100mg is an Aceclofenac-based pain and anti-inflammatory medicine manufactured by S.J & G. Fazal Ellahie, packaged as 3 strips of 10 tablets per box. Aceclofenac is an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) commonly used across Pakistan for arthritis and joint pain.
Dosage
Adults typically take one 100mg tablet in the morning and one in the evening (200mg/day total). Acenac requires a prescription — follow your physician's dosing instructions exactly, as this medicine is not recommended for children.
What It Treats
Aceclofenac relieves pain, redness, and swelling in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis by blocking prostaglandins, the chemical messengers responsible for inflammation.
Interactions To Be Aware Of
Aceclofenac can interact with blood thinners (warfarin, heparin), blood-pressure medicines (ACE inhibitors, ARBs), lithium, methotrexate, and diuretics. Always tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine you're currently taking before starting Acenac.
When Not To Use
Avoid Acenac if you're allergic to aspirin or other NSAIDs, or have a history of asthma triggered by NSAIDs, stomach ulcers, or bleeding disorders.

Returns and refunds
