xWhat Is Aloc Tablets 120mg?
Aloc Tablets 120mg contain Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 120mg, a once-daily non-drowsy antihistamine made by Bosch Pharmaceuticals, Pakistan. It is used for seasonal allergies such as hay fever and allergic rhinitis.
How It Works
Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks H1 histamine receptors. This prevents histamine from triggering sneezing, nasal itching, runny nose and watery eyes, without crossing into the brain enough to cause significant drowsiness.

- Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
- Year-round allergy symptoms from dust, pollen or pets, as advised by a doctor
Dosage
Adults and children aged 12 and over: one 120mg tablet once daily, with water, before a meal or as directed by your doctor. For twice-daily dosing, Aloc Capsules 60mg are available. For itchy hives (urticaria) doctors usually use the 180mg strength.
Side Effects
Generally mild: headache, drowsiness or dizziness in a few people, nausea and tiredness. Allergic reactions to the medicine itself are rare but need urgent care.
Precautions
Take with water, not fruit juice, which can lower absorption. Separate from aluminium or magnesium antacids by about two hours. Tell your doctor about kidney disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store below 30°C, away from moisture.
